Special Thanks
I would like to gratefully acknowledge and give our heartfelt thanks to our first webmaster, Kelly Schlenker. Kelly put N.A.B.S. on the map in 2005. She gave her best free of charge as her donation for the rescues for the past 7 years to keep us online. But, now due to her failing health we had to make changes so we could manage the site ourselves. Advances in technology made it possible for us to secure a more user friendly site than the HTML site we started.
A wonderfully talented college student, Casey Brock helped Pam Cundiff open a new website. This site has an easier, modern format. Pam Cundiff was able to transfer and update the data from the old site.
As we move forward we will remain forever grateful to Kelly Schlenker for presenting N.A.B.S. to the world in ways we could have never mastered back then, and to Casey Brock and Pam Cundiff for taking us into the future for the next generation.
It is N.A.B.S.' hope to keep our precious rescues' voices heard, stories told and their faces featured for ALL the world to see. THANK YOU Kelly, Casey, and Pam!

Noah's Ark Bayou Sanctuary Animal Rescue really depends on our professional volunteers. Without their help, it would be much harder to get our job done.
Pam Cundiff
holding grandson Parker Cundiff. I also want to thank Pam for her faithful service on The Board of Directors for N.A.B.S. from 2004 to 2015. Her on-call daily advice and consultation helped with N.A.B.S. managerial operations and to maintain the website for out precious rescues sake. Thank you again Pam for your dedication to N.A.B.S. all those years! |
I want to thank Paula Cundiff for her direction and support as N.A.B.S.' Corporate Attorney. I also want to thank Paula for serving on The Board of Directors from 2004 to 2015.
Paula has given me peace of mind handling the legal ins and outs of this organization. Her service to me is invaluable. |

The Honorable Mayor Strickland
N.A.B.S. would like to tip our hat to Mayor Strickland of Liverpool for his support! He invited us to a luncheon with C.A.P. (Chocolate Bayou Community Advisory Panel) so we could get to know the plant's representatives in our local area. This is a great opportunity for us to foster relationships with the local plants. He also put us in contact with INEOS ICAN Project, a group who wants to volunteer at The Sanctuary! We'll keep you updated as to what project they accomplish for N.A.B.S.
Thank you, Mayor Strickland.
