Donate to NABS

 Why?
Good question!  First, your donation goes to the care of our dogs and the upkeep our Noah's Ark Bayou Sanctuary.

Second, our facility houses emergency rescues from other organizations all over the country . We had California Fire Dogs in 2018, so items like our XL Dogloos get destroyed on a regular basis.  Amazon sells them as does Alvin's Tractor Supply.  Click here to  ask us about donating one!

Third and fourth, we have over 15 years of service to the Gulf Coast of Texas, but  we also work with rescue organizations all over the country who get dogs from hoarder or cruelty situations.  These rescues rehab those precious souls at our Sanctuary  to get them ready to be adopted.  We don't directly adopt anymore but work with others who have a more public outreach. 

Fifth, NABS is a major "No-Kill" Shelter.   We work to get those rescued dogs trained and nurtured back to health in order to be adoptable, and sixth, last but not least, those who are unadoptable still have a home here, on our 330-acre Sanctuary where they can live out their days in peace with lots of love.  We rely on you to help us with their care.

  • Sponsor a Dog - all about helping a NABS dog in temporary or permanent need of help - monthly or one-time.
  • Sponsor one of our resident Senior Dogs - "Scruffies"  Donate for them by mentioning "Scruffy" on the PayPal description line - we'll get back to you with your Scruffy's information!
  • For your pet who passed - you can donate on the Dog Memorium page
  • You can make a donation in lieu of flowers on the Donations In Lieu of Flowers page in memory of a loved one or friend who passed 
  • You may give a donation as a gift to honor a someone you admire, or to that person who 'has everything' on the Donations In Honor Of page 
  • ​In kind donations - Are you in the general area of NABS and have office / cleaning / garden items to donate?
